Upon arrival in the city of Medellin, one of our expert guides will be waiting for you at the airport lobby. Transfer to the hotel and free time to rest or explore the surroundings of Medellin. Este city tour por Medellín te llevará a descubrir los aspectos más destacados de esta vibrante ciudad, conocida como la "Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera". Durante el recorrido, podrás explorar su rica historia, su fascinante cultura y su impresionante transformación en los últimos años. El tour comienza visitando el Parque de la Inflexión, un espacio que honra a las víctimas de la violencia de los 90 en la ciudad. Aquí, conocerás un poco sobre el pasado de Medellín y la resiliencia de la ciudad. Luego, nos desplazaremos por la ciudad utilizando el transporte público de Medellín, comenzando con el Metro y luego ascendiendo a bordo del Metrocable. Continuaremos nuestro recorrido en la Plaza Botero, aquí podrás maravillarte con las icónicas esculturas del famoso artista colombiano Fernando Botero. En la tarde visitarás la Comuna 13, zona que fue considerada la más violenta de Latinoamérica, para escuchar la historia de transformación de este territorio. La Comuna 13 comenzó a vivir un proceso de transformación. El gobierno local implementó una serie de iniciativas para mejorar la calidad de vida de sus residentes y promover la inclusión social. Se llevaron a cabo proyectos de intervención social y urbana que incluyeron la construcción de escaleras eléctricas y el embellecimiento de las fachadas con coloridos murales. Estos esfuerzos no solo buscaban mejorar la infraestructura, sino también promover un sentido de pertenencia y resiliencia en la comunidad.

In Medellín our host will be waiting for you at 7:30 a.m., to take you to the town of Guatapé, undoubtedly the most beautiful town in the mountains of Antioquia. It is something you can't miss on your visit to Medellín. You will start exploring the replica of the old Peñol, the town that was flooded to build the hydroelectric dam. Then you will head to La Piedra del Peñol and if you wish you will climb to the top (climbing fee not included) to discover a breathtaking view. Later, you will have lunch in the village and walk through its colorful streets, have a boat ride on the reservoir, understanding its history and tasting the typical sweets of the region. In the afternoon, after finishing the tour, one of our expert guides will be waiting for you for the transfer to Medellín, where you will arrive at the hotel around 4:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, our host will be waiting for you to transfer you to the hacienda "La Morelia" and start the activities at the destination, this tour will be conducted with a specialized guide through the coffee plantations of Finca La Morelia, a farm full of tradition, and a wonderful smell of Colombian coffee, there you will learn the details that reveal the excellent taste of coffee. You will be given a talk to introduce you to the world of coffee and while you listen to this talk you will be able to taste a delicious coffee prepared with the filtration method. During the tour you will learn about the harvesting and other processes that lead to the type of coffee that is exported. A coffee expert will teach you the different techniques to process espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, mocachino and many more varieties of this delicious traditional beverage, how to recognize and taste them. Pasarán a recogerte a tu hotel nuestro conductor para trasladarte hacía el aeropuerto. Posteriormente a tu vuelo llegarás a Santa Marta nuestro anfitrión te estará esperando para llevarte hasta el hotel en Tayrona. Allí podrás disfrutar de rutas de senderismo organizadas o explorar por cuenta propia los alrededores naturales y demás

Opcional. Tour Tayrona Cabo San Juan
Recogida en el hotel a la hora indicada y traslado hacia la entrada principal del Parque Nacional Tayrona (El Zaino), ahí se cancelará el ingreso al Parque, posteriormente seguirás durante 10 minutos hasta Parqueadero de Cañaveral, luego procederás a realizar una caminata por alrededor de 1 hora por un sendero ecológico hasta llegar a los arrecifes, donde tendrás tiempo para disfrutar de este hermoso lugar y tomar fotografías, posteriormente continuamos la caminata por unos 30 minutos más. Conocerás playas como Arrecife, la piscina natural, arenilla y finalmente Cabo San Juan, conocido por sus playas espectaculares, donde la arena blanca se encuentra con el agua cristalina del mar. La playa principal se caracteriza por su forma semicircular, rodeada de cocoteros y vegetación exuberante. Las aguas suelen ser tranquilas, lo que la convierte en un lugar ideal para nadar y relajarse.
Luego tendrás tiempo libre para disfrutar del mar, sol y el almuerzo.
En la tarde retornarás al parqueadero caminando durante 1 hora y 40 minutos, al llegar aquí traslado nuevamente a el hotel.

A la hora indicada, tendrás el traslado desde Tayrona hasta Cartagena, pasando por la Costa caribeña, observando paisajes costeros impresionantes, pueblos pintorescos y la emoción de explorar dos destinos emblemáticos de Colombia. Este traslado tiene una duración aproximada de 5 horas.
En medio de este traslado, te sugerimos que disfrutes de la siguiente actividad:
Opcional. Tubbing Don Diego + Tayronaka
Recogida en el hotel y traslado en carro hasta Don Diego, un lugar donde se pueden admirar las maravillas naturales, como la fusión del agua dulce con el salitre del mar. Tras esto, se realiza una caminata de una hora por un sendero ecológico, seguida de la emocionante actividad de tubing, y luego una caminata adicional para observar la desembocadura del río en el mar. Se regresa al punto de partida con un recorrido guiado. Posteriormente, se realiza un traslado en vehículo hasta Tayronaka, donde se efectúa una caminata ecológica de 20 minutos. Tras el almuerzo, se realiza un recorrido guiado por el sitio arqueológico, con tiempo libre para disfrutar del lugar.

El día de hoy conocerás los tesoros más significativos de la ciudad se desarrollarán con la compañía de nuestro guía experto.
Disfrutarás de la magia de las calles, iglesias, arquitectura y plazas de la Ciudad Vieja de Cartagena y aprenderás sobre la intrigante historia del Castillo de San Felipe, situado estratégicamente en una colina que domina la ciudad y el mar, el castillo fue construido en el siglo XVII por orden del Imperio Español. Su diseño es un testimonio de la habilidad de los ingenieros y arquitectos de la época para combinar elementos defensivos eficientes con una estética majestuosa. Mientras caminas por los estrechos pasillos de la fortaleza. Cartagena de Indias es un distrito turístico y cultural que se encuentra localizado en el departamento de Bolívar, a orillas del mar Caribe. A partir de su fundación, en el siglo XVI, Cartagena fue considerado uno de los puertos más importantes de América durante la época virreinal española; Verás la magia de este lugar, lo mejor de Cartagena explorando las sinuosas calles de la ciudad y los lugares más destacados como La Torre del Reloj, la Iglesia de San Pedro y el Castillo San Felipe. Al finalizar esta visita, traslado a tu hotel donde podrás descansar.

Este día luego del desayuno en el hotel, los pasaremos a buscar para llegar al Muelle de la Bodeguita donde tomarán su traslado marítimo hasta el hotel Isla Mucura para disfrutar de este paraíso en la tierra.
Nota importante: En este pequeño viaje a Isla Múcura, sólo tienes permitido un equipaje máximo de 8 kg, ya que el trayecto es Marítimo. Para esto podemos revisar el caso puntual con cada pasajero para revisar como podemos guardarlo o si el viajero va con equipaje de mano en todo el viaje.

Relajarse en la playa: Disfruta de las playas de arena blanca y aguas cristalinas que rodean Punta Faro. Puedes tomar el sol, nadar, hacer snorkel o simplemente relajarte en una hamaca bajo la sombra de una palmera.
Explorar los arrecifes de coral: Las Islas son conocidas por sus impresionantes arrecifes de coral. Haz snorkel o bucea para explorar la colorida vida marina que habita en estas aguas, incluyendo peces tropicales, corales y otras criaturas marinas.

- Payment by debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) in a telematic way. With an increase of 5% for concept of BANK FEE.
Important Note: Once the invoice has been issued, it is important to note that it has the same legal validity as a bill of exchange, in accordance with Article 774 of the Code of Commerce. In case of non-compliance with this payment obligation, we reserve the right to report the situation to the credit bureaus and apply interest for late payment.

Payment Policies
Payment for travel can be made as follows:
- First Payment (Trip Confirmation): When confirming your trip, we require a down payment of 30% of the total value of the trip plus the value of the international flights. In addition, you will have to pay the cost of the international flights to your final destination.
- Second Payment (60 days prior to travel): We ask that you make a second payment of 40% of the total value of the trip at least 60 days prior to your scheduled travel date or 100% if you prefer to pay in full at this time.
- Third payment (30 days before the start of the trip): Last payment must be made prior to departure date and can be the remaining 30% of the total value of the trip.
NOTE: If your travel date is over 30 days or less you must make full payment for the trip.
Cancellation policies (policies already established by the company)
If, for any justifiable reason, you need to cancel your trip, here is our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the start of the activities: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total value of the trip will be applied.
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the activities: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of the trip will be applied.
- Cancellation between 15 and 10 days before the start of the trip: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total value of the trip will be applied.
- Cancellation between day 9 of the trip and the day of departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the trip will be applied.
In the event that the cancellation is due to an external event or illness, we will evaluate each case in accordance with the cancellation policies of our suppliers. Please note that, once the reservation is confirmed, air, train, ferry or other transportation tickets are non-refundable.
