Upon arrival in the city of Medellin, one of our expert guides will be waiting for you at the airport lobby. Transfer to the hotel and free time to rest or explore the surroundings of Medellin. Pasará el guía a recogerte en tu hotel a las 8:00 a.m. para comenzar este gran día. El city tour por Medellín te llevará a descubrir los aspectos más destacados de esta vibrante ciudad, conocida como la "Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera". Durante el recorrido, podrás explorar su rica historia, su fascinante cultura y su impresionante transformación en los últimos años. El tour comienza visitando el parque de San Antonio, donde conocerás el pasado de Medellín. La ruta seguirá en la calle Junín. En esta conocida vía harás varias paradas en las que podrás conocer más de esta bella ciudad. La ruta continuará en otros emblemáticos puntos de la ciudad, como el parque Berrío. También contemplarás algunos de los más conocidos murales de Medellín, como el de Pedro Nel Gómez.  La siguiente parada tendrá lugar en la plaza Botero. Está ubicada en el centro de la ciudad. Aquí podrás maravillarte con las icónicas esculturas del famoso artista colombiano Fernando Botero. Estas esculturas de figuras voluptuosas son una parte integral de la identidad artística de Medellín.

Por último, pasarás por otros lugares como el Palacio Nacional, el parque de Las Luces y el Centro Administrativo La Alpujarra, donde te hablarán del poder público de la ciudad y el Monumento a la Raza Antioqueña. Podrás degustar una deliciosa comida típica antioqueña para retomar energías. En la tarde visitarás la Comuna 13, zona que fue considerada la más violenta de Latinoamérica, para escuchar la historia de transformación de este territorio. La Comuna 13 comenzó a vivir un proceso de transformación. El gobierno local implementó una serie de iniciativas para mejorar la calidad de vida de sus residentes y promover la inclusión social. Se llevaron a cabo proyectos de intervención social y urbana que incluyeron la construcción de escaleras eléctricas y el embellecimiento de las fachadas con coloridos murales. Estos esfuerzos no solo buscaban mejorar la infraestructura, sino también promover un sentido de pertenencia y resiliencia en la comunidad.

In Medellín our host will be waiting for you at 7:30 a.m. to take you to the town of Guatapé, undoubtedly the most beautiful town in the mountains of Antioquia. It is something you can't miss on your visit to Medellín. You will start exploring the replica of the old Peñol, the town that was flooded to build the hydroelectric dam. Then you will head to La Piedra del Peñol and if you wish you will climb to the top (climbing fee not included) to discover a breathtaking view. Later, you will have lunch in the village and walk through its colorful streets, have a boat ride on the reservoir, understanding its history and tasting the typical sweets of the region. In the afternoon after finishing the tour one of our expert guides will be waiting for you for the transfer to Medellin, where you will arrive at the hotel around 4:30 pm.

Mañana libre para disfrutar de Bogotá y recogida a la hora establecida para tu traslado al aeropuerto para tomar el vuelo a la ciudad de Pereira, este vuelo demora aproximadamente 50 minutos. A tu llegada, te estará esperando nuestro anfitrión para trasladarte hacía la hacienda “La Morelia” y así empezar las actividades en el destino, este tour iniciará con un guía especializado por los cafetales de la Finca La Morelia, una finca llena de tradición, y un maravilloso olor al café colombiano, allí podrás conocer los detalles que revelan el excelente sabor del café. Recibirás una charla para introducirte un poco más en el mundo del café y mientras escuchas esta charla,  podrás degustar un delicioso café preparado con método de filtración. Durante el recorrido conocerás la recolección y demás procesos para llegar al tipo de exportación. Una experto en café te enseñará las distintas técnicas para procesar el café expreso, capuchino, macchiato, mocachino y muchas más variedades de esta deliciosa bebida tradicional, así como reconocerlas y degustarlas. Al finalizar, traslado hacia tu hotel seleccionado. Luego de tu registro en el hotel tendrás tiempo libre para descansar.

Pastel-toned houses and wooden balconies adorned with potted flowers create a symphony of colors that envelop you in their charm. The central plaza, a focal point in the life of the community, is a place where locals and visitors alike gather to enjoy the warmth of the sun. The church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, majestic in its simplicity, presides over the place with an elegance that will remind you of the deep faith rooted in this land. You will enjoy a tour of its colorful artisan streets and continuing with the day you will have the opportunity to visit the Mirador de la Cruz, a magical corner that will invite you to raise your eyes to the horizon and immerse yourself in a beautiful landscape. When you reach the Mirador de la Cruz, you will feel how the world at your feet expands in all directions. You will be picked up at your hotel at 8:00 a.m. and you will make a Jeep tour, this is a camper type car, which over the years was adapted to transport cargo and especially agricultural cargo. This Jeep tour will begin in the second municipality of Quindio, where you will find houses with beautiful architecture, and coffee shops that offer a variety of products and crafts based on the grain, you can also enjoy the best Forcha and traditional drinks of the region. From there you will take the road that leads to the municipality of Calarcá through the sector known as "La Y", passing through the village of Barcelona where you can take a panoramic tour and continue the road to Rio Verde, where you will find several restaurants with traditional food of this region, which contrasts with its beautiful landscapes. Continuing with this Jeep adventure, you will reach the municipality of Pijao, which is characterized by its beautiful colonial architecture typical of the coffee region. Mañana libre para disfrutar de Armenia y recogida a la hora establecida para tu traslado al aeropuerto para tomar el vuelo a la ciudad de Cartagena, este vuelo demora aproximadamente 1 hora y 25 minutos. A tu llegada, te estará esperando nuestro anfitrión para trasladarte hacía tu hotel seleccionado. Luego de tu registro en el hotel tendrás tiempo libre para descansar.

Para este recorrido debes acercarte a un punto de encuentro (Este se informará días antes de la excursión). Desde allí, se iniciará un recorrido que le llevará a disfrutar de la imponente y hermosa Torre del Reloj, la espectacular entrada al casco antiguo de Cartagena. Esta es la puerta de entrada a La Plaza de los Coches, que está rodeada de hermosos edificios antiguos con balcones coloniales. El recorrido continúa por las calles hasta el siguiente destino, La Plaza de Bolívar. Este sitio fue utilizado para varias actividades en la época colonial. Después, entrará en la Catedral de Cartagena, que es una de las más antiguas de América, y continuará hasta el lugar que custodia una impresionante colección de oro y cerámica de las principales culturas precolombinas, el Museo del Oro.

El viaje concluye caminando hasta las murallas que rodean la hermosa Ciudad Vieja. Disfrute de la llamativa arquitectura y de las increíbles vistas mientras pasea por esta maravillosa ciudad. Este tour finaliza nuevamente en el punto de encuentro.

To start this tour you will be picked up at your hotel at 8:00 am to go visit the Rosario Islands, these are probably one of the most sought after destinations in the Caribbean. It is made up of dozens of islands, cays and coral reefs - Isla Bela is one of them. You will depart from the bay of Cartagena heading south for about 45 minutes for a scenic tour of the islands that make up the Rosario Islands Natural Park, then enjoy a relaxing day at the beach on the paradisiacal Bela Island, swimming in warm and calm waters. Your sunbathing spot will be ready. Reefs, breeze, sun and fun.

You can choose from the following payment options:

  1. Consignation and/or bank transfer account in Colombia
  2. Payment by debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) telematically. With an increase of 4% for concept of BANK FEE.

Important Note: Once the invoice has been issued, it is important to note that it has the same legal validity as a bill of exchange, in accordance with Article 774 of the Code of Commerce. In case of non-compliance with this payment obligation, we reserve the right to report the situation to the credit bureaus and apply interest for late payment.

Payment Policies

Payment for travel can be made as follows:

  1. First Payment (Trip Confirmation): When confirming your trip, we require a down payment of 30% of the total value of the trip plus the value of the international flights. In addition, you will have to pay the cost of the international flights to your final destination.
  2. Second Payment (60 days prior to travel): We ask that you make a second payment of 40% of the total value of the trip at least 60 days prior to your scheduled travel date or 100% if you prefer to pay in full at this time.
  3. Third payment (30 days before the start of the trip): Last payment must be made prior to departure date and can be the remaining 30% of the total value of the trip.

NOTE: If your travel date is over 30 days or less you must make full payment for the trip.

Cancellation policies (policies already established by the company)

If, for any justifiable reason, you need to cancel your trip, here is our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the start of the activities: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total value of the trip will be applied.
  • Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the activities: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of the trip will be applied.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 10 days before the start of the trip: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total value of the trip will be applied.
  • Cancellation between day 9 of the trip and the day of departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the trip will be applied.

In the event that the cancellation is due to an external event or illness, we will evaluate each case in accordance with the cancellation policies of our suppliers. Please note that, once the reservation is confirmed, air, train, ferry or other transportation tickets are non-refundable.
