Itinerary:

On this day after you have arrived in San Jose del Guaviare, you will set out on this beautiful tour, navigating the second narrowest part of the Guayabero River. With a length of approximately 590 kilometers, the Guayabero River is known for its scenic beauty, rich biodiversity and cultural importance to the region. The Guayabero River rises in the Eastern Cordillera of the Colombian Andes and flows south until it empties into the Ariari River. Along its course, the river meanders through lush rainforests, hills and savannahs, creating impressive and varied landscapes. You will walk along gigantic sedimentary rock walls. You will visit the pool of love and you will see pictograms, an area of high archaeological interest, as if that were not enough you will marvel at the view that the viewpoint of Raudal will give you and after a great day you will be taken to the lodge where you can rest.
On this day after you have arrived to San Jose del Guaviare, you will go out to make this beautiful tour, you can walk through favelas of maritime sedimentary bedrock with the presence of ichnofossils that are fossils with preserved structures of the vital activity of organisms and reflect a pattern of behavior that they possessed, So in the course of the tour you can take a delicious lunch and then continue with the activity and you can live an experience by the river, you can see the power of water, breaking the compacted rock and forming glacial sinkholes, you can visit the Mirador de los Vientos, the city of Stone, Cavern of the winds among other beautiful unique places of this magical destination, in this way at the end of the day you will return to the lodge and there you will receive dinner and you can rest.

On this wonderful day you will have breakfast and then you will have a great adventure, because you will be transferred in a 4x4 truck, then you will cross flooded forests in a canoe for about 20 minutes and following the tour, you will hike through the jungle until you reach the Damas del Nare Lagoon, where you can swim with the dolphins. Swimming with toninas in the Guaviare River is a unique and unforgettable experience. Toninas, also known as river dolphins or boto, are an aquatic species that inhabit the rivers of South America, including the Damas del Nare Lagoon. These beautiful animals are friendly and curious, which makes them excellent swimming companions. You can see them jumping and swimming around you while you enjoy the crystal clear waters of the river. During the course of the day you will have lunch and later in the afternoon you will return to your lodging to have dinner and recharge your batteries.
On this last day you will leave after breakfast on a hike in search of Orion's gate and Tranquilandia. In the middle of the hike you will have the chance to see the emblematic rock formations such as the Orios gate or the Nevera cavern. Then, you will finish the trip visiting the Caño de Sabana, a river very similar to Caño Cristales and the Tranquilandia waterfall. In the afternoon you will return to San José del Guaviare where our services end.

Payment for travel can be made as follows.

  • You must make a payment of 50% of the value of the services to reserve lodging, guides and logistics necessary for the trip 65 days prior to the date of arrival at destination.
  • The remaining balance of 50% must be paid 40 days prior to arrival at destination.
  • 100% of the value of the services requested will be charged for each reported client who does not show up for the activity.

  • If you cancel your trip between 20 and 15 days before the start of the activities there is a 30% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your trip between 15 and 10 days before the start of the activities there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the plan.
  • If you cancel between days 9 and 3 before the start of the trip there is a 75% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between day 3 and the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 100% of the cost of the trip.
  • If the cancellation is due to an external event or illness, each case is evaluated according to the policies of each provider. For Covid-19 issues, in case of any manifestation, they will be taken in favor of the travelers to reschedule the trip or the refund of the money.
