Itinerary:

In the morning you will arrive in Yopal, capital of the department of Casanare. At the airport you will be met and transferred to a rural hotel, where you will have lunch at the hotel restaurant. In the afternoon you will depart for your llanera adventure. A short drive takes you to the traditional hacienda. The horses are calm and reliable as they take you through gallery forests, river streams, savannahs, ponds, palm groves and grasslands - diverse ecosystems of the Llanos. The tour will take you through some of the 600 hectares of diverse vegetation, where you may spot howlers, hawks, capuchins, anteaters, owls and colorful birds. As an alternative to horseback riding, you can embark on a two- to three-hour hike through savannah and gallery forests to stalk wildlife. You will cross a traditional bamboo bridge and a tropical gallery forest in search of monkeys, porcupines, anteaters, and exotic birds. exotic birds. 
After breakfast, you will be driven for approximately 2 hours. You will spend the day in a large nature reserve, home to big cats such as pumas and jaguars, white-tailed deer, caimans, monkeys, turtles and interesting birds. turtles and interesting birdlife. Although you are sure to see many chigüiros and caimans, other species are more difficult to spot. During the dry season, from January to March, there are good chances of seeing anacondas and anteaters. However, you may discover tracks along the forest edges and scratch marks on the trees. You will have lunch at the reserve's farmhouse and relax in a hammock, contemplating the landscapes and the big skies. Energized, you will embark on more savannah and lake safaris in the afternoon. After enjoying the sunset over the grasslands, you will head to the riverside town of San Luis de Palenque, where you will have dinner and rest.
You will spend the day with the expert and master cowboy and his wonderful family. You will delve into the lifestyle, culture and history of the Llanos, and have the opportunity to taste homemade foods, from cocoa to rice. You will receive a delicious homemade lunch overlooking the river, where howlers often roam the treetops and iguanas sunbathe on the banks. At the end of the day you will have dinner and rest at the lodge.
After breakfast you can get ready for your transfer to the airport.

Payment for travel can be made as follows.

  • You must make a payment of 50% of the value of the services to reserve lodging, guides and logistics necessary for the trip 65 days prior to the date of arrival at destination.
  • The remaining balance of 50% must be paid 40 days prior to arrival at destination.
  • 100% of the value of the services requested will be charged for each reported client who does not show up for the activity.

Cancellation policies (policies already established by the company)

  • If you cancel your trip between 20 and 15 days before the start of the activities there is a 30% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your trip between 15 and 10 days before the start of the activities there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the plan.
  • If you cancel between days 9 and 3 before the start of the trip there is a 75% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between day 3 and the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 100% of the cost of the trip.
  • If the cancellation is due to an external event or illness, each case is evaluated according to the policies of each provider. For Covid-19 issues, in case of any manifestation, they will be taken in favor of the travelers to reschedule the trip or the refund of the money.
